Essentials and Doubts

Welcome to my art blog for ASAG1601, aka Foundations II. In this I will document people and experiences essential to my art lifestyle, elaborating and researching as I go.
To begin, these are my essentials, people and styles I find I'm unable to live and produce art without, and my doubts, people and styles that I find myself unable to comprehend and appreciate, despite praise from others.

Essentials

• Shag (Josh Agle), artist
• Mark Rothko, painter
• Yoji Shinkawa, videogame artist

• Shigeru Miyamoto, videogame designer/producer

• Banksy, street artist

Doubts

• Mr. Brainwash, "street artist"
• Carl Spitzweg, painter
• Caravaggio, artist
• Mary Cassatt, painter
• Kenneth Rocafort, illustrator

Adopted Doubt

• Salvador Dali, painter

This post will be updated as I go with links to detailed posts on each essential and doubt.
